Placed online purchase of custom made farmhouse table and bench on 11/14/19 submitting deposit of $275.00, leaving remaining $295.00 due. Advertised approximate 6 week turnaround time. 6 weeks came and went. I reached out on 12/29/19 inquiring as to the status. Owner, Rory D esponded that due to holiday backlog items won't be ready for another 2-3 weeks. I reached out again on 1/27/20 inquiring as to the status. I was told he was still working on it. I responded on 1/28/20 I needed items completed by 2/14/20. He responded they will be finished. He delivered table on 2/15/20 and I paid the $300.00 balance in full. He did not deliver the bench because it was "almost done but not finished." But promised to deliver it on 2/17/20. He sent me a message on 2/15/20 saying he noticed table was wobbly and wanted to come back to make adjustment when he brought bench and asked to bring on 2/22/20. I said fine. Never showed 2/22/20. Responded had 3 days of car trouble & will deliver 2/24/20. Never showed. After 2 messages and 1 phone call, he responded with "I was in the ER all day with my son." One hour after that message he posted on social media he was bowling with his kids. Won't respond to messages. I emailed, mailed, Demand Letter 2/25/20. No response. Spoke to past customer who had similar issues who had to file dispute to get money refunded.
