I understand what inquires are on my credit and they will be dealt with accordingly. The fact that I was informed I would need a $2000 down payment then informed 2 weeks later that it can not be done is not good customer service at all. These credit inquires had to of been seen when my credit was ran the first time. Why I was not told then is no excuse to run my credit again then reject me because of this reason. I do not want to contact anyone to run my credit again for the same resolution. Since this will be going nowhere because Dickson city Hyundai seems to be blaming my other credit inquires I will have to let them fall off my credit. Please close my case and I will provide the banks a formal letter asking for these inquiry to be removed. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

We find it hard that you would drive a car that you just bought for the spring summer and fall without aii conditioning . This is two years later . I sent proof of everything working on your car threw the whole summer as you were back for services over the summer , and no complaints about the AC . The Revdex.com has them all as per our first responce . There are million of cars in accidents every year . There are also millions of body shops who fix the cars, trucks and SUVs useing all factory original parts . If it were in a major accident , the car would have been totalled . We serviced this car since new . The original owner never missed a service on this car , including trans service , brakes , tires oil changes the list goes on and on . The [redacted] was a super nice one owner SUV , at a great price . I am sorry you do want to fix the AC . As far is this car falling apart , and being unsafe at the time you picked it up is simply not true . Like we said before , you are alittle early in the trade cycle to trade out to a newer SUV with lower miles and stay at the same payment without putting down and money . If there is some flexablity on your part , you can trade the [redacted] . I am sorry you are not getting the answer you want . We will not be responding any more to your compalint as we have sent doccuments of all the services over the summer to the Revdex.com and we know them to be true .
