Dick's Home Care

After just having a heart attack, I received 3 empty tanks of Oxygen from Dick's Home Health Supplies. When called was told to return. Asked them about the delivery promise and was told I would have to talk to a route driver who would get back to me in a week or so. After almost have a 2nd heart attack due to the lack of oxygen, my sister had to drive from VA92hrs0 to go to their store to get me a new tank. 14 days later and I still have no delivery service. Customer service in Chambersburg office is seriously lacking. Not even an apology. Now I have no faith in what oxygen I receive and am stressed even more. Looking to find a more reliable and trustworthy company. They also do not provide mobile oxygen and expect you to carry 7 LB and 10 lb tanks around that at best have 2 hour or 3 and 1/2 hour tanks. Ever made it in and out of a doctor'e office in that time?
