I'm on SSI and I'm a Disabled Vet; therefore, I'm on a Fixed Income.I'm in agreement of DSHM with cancelling both the GAP and the Extended Warranty as requested; however, I'm hoping that they will also, correct the monthly payment amount, based on what was computed on the websites Bank CalculatorThis should include the correct charge of $plus the Closing fee of $387, and they recalculate SC taxes and SC Standard License and Registration FeesAlso, my son (he saved from his summer job), and I paid $500each ($1000), Down PaymentAll of this information was found on the SC DMV websiteWe clearly informed them, we would not agree with a monthly payment based on what they calculated, we required that our monthly payment be calculated by using the 9.09% interest rate and the bill amount Sincerely,C [redacted] C [redacted]

I sent these attachments yesterday and will send them againHyundai CERTIFIED that the work was done on April Invoice Number ***If their CERTIFICATION was an INTENTIONAL STATEMENT then how many other statements on other invoices where they claimed the work was done and I PAID for the work to be done are also FALSE? Their CERTIFICATION that the work was done should be ACCURATE and CORRECTIf not, then this company is making STATEMENTS and CERTIFYING that they are ACCURATE. K*** D***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. - This complaint is not just about the bearing and the 3+months it should not have taken to order the correct part or to even make appointments for me to come in and have it taken care ofTheir lack of customer care is appallingI had called them many times over the 3+ months to try and get it fixed, or to even get the part orderedThe woman that works in their service department, ***, continued time and time again to give me all sorts of excusesTelling me my paperwork was right there on top, and they would have it soonThey have only called me three times about this bearing issueAnd I've had to make even more calls to them only to be told some roundabout story about how they ordered it, over and over again, but it never showedWhich I am willing to bet they never ordered it in the first placeUntil I mentioned getting an attorneyThat motivated them to order the part and secure it at the dealership within a weekIT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THAT TO GET IT DONE!- My complaint is primarily and mostly about the fraudulent income they forged onto my loan applicationTheir refusal to let me see it, or even read it before signingI trusted my dealer, my sales person, I trusted them and it was betrayed and now I am stuck with a car that I cannot affordI will need a fax number to provide further documentation of thisI told them time and time again that I am a commission earner for *** *** Mail, they put on my application that I draw SSI from the government in the sum of $which is a gross exaggeration of the truthThey also lied about the millage on the vehicleAs well as some of the features on the vehicle that it did not come with.- Another complaint I have is I still have not received my spare key that was supposed to come with my car, I was told time and time again for months that it was in the mail, that it would reach me soon, sometimes the same person telling me that it was in route, then the following week telling me it was just shipped out, and then another week telling me they have it there on their desk and it would be sent out the next dayEXCUSES AND LIES!- Another complaint I have is it took months, SIX MONTHS to get my jack for my car, and the air pump that was supposed to come with itSIXMONTHSOf constant phone calls and having to remind them to order them, getting the same run around as the key got meThe woman at the service department, ***, also accused me of lying about the parts saying I had gotten them when I got the car, I really didn't appreciate being called a liarThat was utterly uncalled for.- Their service is terribleTheir sales team is appallingAnd their consideration for the customer is a jokeI am a VERY UNHAPPY customer.- I wish for this car to be bought back from me by the dealership, or to have this car traded in regardless of its condition, for a car I can actually afford!! Without all the lies and deceit!! I want a fair and honest trade for this car, I want out of this loan and this carIn short I will settle for nothing less than these thingsIt's not about the repair of one part anymoreIt's about the headaches, the stress, and the hardships I have endured due to this dealership's negligence.- I wish to please be provided the fax number for the Revdex.com of Upstate SC so I may provide the proper documentation for their records in regard to this matterThank you.Regards,*** ***

As my title was a separate issue from finance I do not accept this response. I was waiting for an out of state title to be issued. The dealership was well aware of this fact. I did not agree to the extra service contract or the key replacement. I signed paperwork to have this removed from my loan long before my title was re-issued. The date of issue from the State of North Carolina was 8/7/2015. My first contact to have these extra charges removed was in June. I do not think I should have to pay for something I originally declined. I also do not think I should be paying interest on something I originally declined.

Revdex.com,Dick Smith will not provide customer with something they never paid . They state,in their own words, that they have purchased 6 new Hyundai's. What they fail to expound upon is that every dealership from Illinois to unfortunately now South Carolina has been trashed . This is preposterous!...
This customer has badgered on numerous occasions but continues to buy cars here, HMMM? DICK SMITH WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER SERVICES TO THIS FAMILY. Thanks,R** G[redacted]
Revdex.com,
This letter is in response to a complaint we received 10/8/15. This transaction originated 5/26/15 and we did not receive a title to her trade until September. This lapse in time unfortunately slowed the entire process down. We are currently in the process of cancelling the products that...
she signed for 5/26/15. The process of cancelling products takes time and is being handled as expeditiously as possible. The cancellations will be removed from her loan as soon as the lienholder posts them to her account.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The dealership and I had reached an agreement through phone communication. They have taken the car back, and will be paying the full balance on the loan. They also agreed to pay me the amount of $2000 which I have received. The car will not reflect negatively on my credit report.Details of the agreement with both signatures on it, will be faxed to the Revdex.com of Upstate SC on Monday using the provided fax number in my email.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for contacting us
regarding concerns over your recent visit to our dealership. Every comment we receive
is very important to us in order to maintain a high level of...
customer
satisfaction.
After reviewing notes outlining
the details of your visit, we understand you have concerns about inquires
listed on your credit file. You stated that your credit was pulled at least 10
times. However after investigation it appears your request for financing was
submitted to 6 lenders. This was only done after your conversation with the
Business manager, stating that you wanted ongoing attempts to purchase a new Hyundai
Genesis and trade your 2016 Hyundai Veloster. We strive hard to assist every
guest to find a suitable vehicle with affordable financing options.
You signed the application giving us permission to obtain a credit
report and submit to lenders on your behalf. We have no ability to remove any
inquiry, and your written signature authorized us to assist you by submitting
to lenders for the sole purpose of an auto loan. Additionally above your
signature it states “this application may be submitted to the following
financial institutions” which you left blank.
