My vehicle ran off a road with no shoulder and dropped 3 ft into a ditch which resulted in extensive damage. The folks at DiCarlo's told me "the extent of under carriage damage won't be known until the vehicle was on lift" the repair took 30 days and cost $7300.00. I took possession of the vehicle and after 4 weeks some noises started in the front end. Upon talking the vehicle for an oil change at [redacted] I asked to have it checked out. Low and behold the front struts, steering column and plate were several damaged which resulted in a $4100.00 additional repair. It's unfortunate that the shop owner had a very cavalier attitude, in fact he tried to say it was [redacted] fault because after they did the alignment "they gave the vehicle a clean bill of health."Talk about not owning up to an oversight and passing the buck. THIS DAMAGE WOULD HAVE CAUSED AN IMMEDIATE REJECT AT THE TIME OF NYS INSPECTION. The vehicle was unsafe to operate, thankfully no one was injured. Mr DiCarlo, you should be grateful.

I had an accident 3 and 1/2 years ago, this shop did the repairs (body work) this even entailed replacing the hood and painting it...NOW three and 1/2 years , later...the Clearcoat and Paint itself is bubbling up and coming off the hood... Went back , and they said its from extreme heat and something must be wrong with the engine..NOT TRUE engine is fine ... They said they want $600 to$800 to RE-DO it....figured they would stand by their work but NOT...so customers...BE WARE!!!
