I placed an order and it never shipped. After many attempts to contact the business via email and FB messenger (suggested on the site) over 3+ months, I never received a response. Only after filing a complaint with Paypal did I get my money back. I would NEVER order from this site again.

I purchased a Quadcopter from this company on 5-1-19, with showing 4 in-stock. After placing my order there was 3 showing in-stock. This leads me to believe my order was placed. After ordering I waiting for the allotted time of 24 hours for shipment with the required Business days shown on site. After I didn't receive an email for shipment. I contacted the company via email, messenger, and phone. Trying to find out the problem. Finally after several days I was able to get hold of *** (owner). And was told all order were supposed to be showing back-order, as the manufacturer sent him the wrong items, and it would be another two weeks. I was okay with this, as these items were just showing up in the U.S. After three weeks I started trying to contact again to learn of anything different. It's now almost June and I have been unable to contact this company by any means as shown on site (phone, email, messenger). This was after SEVERAL emails, FB Messenger, and at LEAST 100 phone calls. This company has VERY POOR Customer service. I have still yet to receive a refund or a product !
