form other agencies promising savings and then stating that city wide increase are occurring raising the rates higher then you previously paid is wrong. Adding coverage on your account with out verbal consent because it's not required is wrong. I was paying for rental/ apartment insurance that I did not agree too. How are they just adding things to your policy and not speaking with the customer. They have no proof of signature showing that I agreed to this. I was then sent a second document showing a signature that doesn't even look like my signature saying I chose some other type of medicinal income coverage if I get hurt at work?! I don't even know what it exactly is because I was not explained or told this. I work for the city of New York as a first responder/ uniformed service employee, I have unlimited sick and works compensation. I would NEVER agree to this when my job offers this to me through the city of NYC.
