Review: I walked into Diana Nails yesterday at about 4:45pm to get a french gel manicure. I told the woman doing my nails I wanted them to look exactly the same as last time and she didn't seem to understand my request and showed me different shades. She painted one thin strip on her own nail to show the color, but it didn't accurately show the color in its entirety, so I again stated that I wasn't sure and wanted my nails the same as before. She began the manicure and it hurt as she scraped the previous polish off, as she was furiously scraping and hitting past my cuticle. I notified her that it hurt and she apologized, only to keep doing it. I then realized she was rushing to get to another appointment scheduled at 5, which I was not aware of and would have waited or gone elsewhere as to not be rushed. I even asked if my nails needed to be soaked more to get the polish off, but she ignored me. Then, the woman continued on and I had to ask her to completely remove the polish and to not paint over patches still left over. I also had to ask her to fix an area with several air bubbles, which she didn't want to fix and tried to pretend wasn't a problem. She did a horrible job filing my nails and had to use a glue to fix the nails that were now frail and chipping and are still rough. When she applied the polish, I noticed it was the wrong shade and when I told her, she said it was right. They are cloudy and an utter mess. There should be a distinct white line from the other polish, but it is blended and messy, which she would not fix. She had another manicurist come over, who had the audacity to tell me I was confused and that it was fine. I said it was not correct and I was not confused and that this was not the polish I asked for, to which they stated I refused the correct color. Never in all of my years of working in customer service have I ever spoken to a customer this way, nor would I ever. I find this service utterly unacceptable and not worth the $40.00 I had to pay.Desired Settlement: I want my $40.00 refunded to me as soon as possible.
