I selected Diamond Roofing after getting several estimates for getting a complete reroof for my house, garage and shed After years it was time to replace the roof The thing that I liked most about working with Fred, the owner, and his crew was that I felt that they listened to my concerns and proposed ideas for solutions for the various problems that I had They tore off four layers of roofing and removed all of the debris in one just one day, packing out all of the material and walking it down the steps to the street I needed some framing replaced in my garage and they carefully planned how to do that without doing a major teardown of the stucco Fred came out to check on my job personally a couple of times, stopping to confer with me My roof areas are all beautifully done The price was fair I have a long warranty on my new roof and the company gave me a referral fee for recommending another customer I would definitely recommend this company to someone looking for roofing services They were a pleasure to deal with

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business is not honoring their warranty and they have not fixed the problem that I paid them to fix When I first had the company out to my house, it was due to a leak in one spot on my roofThe company indicated that to fix the leak in the one spot on the roof, I needed a new roof I expressed concern at that time and expressly asked about the chimney They indicated that the new roof would fix my problem and even included language in the contract providing warranty against further "condensation" in that spotyears later, I find myself still having a leak in the same spot that I called the company out for in the first place and they are now pointing the other way If at the time of estimate, the company had said "to be sure that this spot is fixed, you need to do something with your chimney," and I had ignored their advice, I could understand their stance at this point Instead of that warning, they wrote into a contract guaranteeing that this spot would not have further issuesThey provided assurances that the problem was the roof and said nothing about the chimneyInstead, they were happy to take my money and not fix the problem that I called them out for in the first place I have never asked anyone to warranty the mortar in my chimney I've only asked Diamond roofing to fix a leak in my roof that is still not fixed Bottom line...I called a roofing expert to fix a leak in my roof years and $16,000+ later, I still have a leak in the same spot in my roofSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:what professional roofing company would put a 20k roof on rotting facia without informing the customer of the problem wait you did have me replace the only board that was bad, so now your saying they are all rotten doesn't sound right to meThe gutters on the back of my house are not installed correctly so the water is going behind the gutters causing the fascia to decay Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint#: [redacted] Dear Ms***, We reviewed the complaint letter that our customer sent to youAlthough we agree with the first sentences, the remainder of the complaint is riddled with errorHe did need a new roof years ago, and expressed his concern about condensation on the surface of the roof near the chimneyWe told him that the condensation issue on the surface of his roof next to his chimney would be corrected by installing flat insulation board over the entire surface of the roof prior to the installation of our new roofing material, which it didWe even added an additional air vent over his dining room adjacent to the chimney, per his requestThe issue at hand has nothing to do with failed roofing material or incorrect installation methodsIn short, his roof surface is not leakingHis original brick and mortar chimney is failing due to old age and allowing rain water to enter through the top surface and between the shrunken mortar on the sides of the chimneyThe customer claims that we verbally guaranteed the chimney brick and mortar as part of his year labor warranty, which is absolutely falseWe guaranteed the new roofing material labor for years, not the visibly aged chimneyThe customer refuses to rebuild the chimney from the roof line up due to costWe told the customer we could wrap his entire chimney with our lifetime roofing material at a far less cost than an actual chimney rebuildHe refused and became verbally defiantThe customer claims that we are not honoring our year labor warrantyWe absolutely are honoring our year labor warranty for the roof itself, but not aged chimneys or aged skylightsThe Revdex.com should note that the customer was given his roof estimate on June 12,2012, and studied the contract until he signed on July 6, The customer had us change language and include additional items before he would sign our contractOur point is simply that he knew exactly what he was agreeing to, and the terms and conditions which clearly exclude any existing chimney brick/mortar repair or replacementPlease find attached terms and conditions that he read and modified to his satisfactionAgain, the "Callback" paragraph near the middle of the page clearly states that brick and masonry leaks are not covered under our year labor warranty or lifetime material warrantyIn conclusion, we will absolutely honor our year labor warranty on the roofing materialWe will not, however, pay to have his brick and mortar chimney rebuilt or completely encapsulated with our new lifetime membrane roofing material for freeWe are sorry that his old brick and mortar chimney is failing, but it was simply never included in our scope of work ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

The group @ Diamond Roofing are pros in making sure you have a positive experienceWe had our new roof destroyed by a pine tree falling on the corner area after the windstorm in SeptFred was right there to assess the situation & have it all repaired within a few short days

Came in for a nail in my tire and left with a new tire. 4 new tires lol Thanks [redacted] for saving me the money for a new tire. Took my new car home with no money out of pocket. Really appreciate everyone's help today. Was already stresses about how I was going to buy Chanukah presents. No car payment until January will definitely help. See you for my first oil change. Happy holidays!

I selected Diamond Roofing after getting several estimates for getting a complete reroof for my house, garage and shed. After 35 years it was time to replace the roof. The thing that I liked most about working with Fred, the owner, and his crew was that I felt that they listened to my concerns and proposed ideas for solutions for the various problems that I had. They tore off four layers of roofing and removed all of the debris in one just one day, packing out all of the material and walking it down the steps to the street. I needed some framing replaced in my garage and they carefully planned how to do that without doing a major teardown of the stucco. Fred came out to check on my job personally a couple of times, stopping to confer with me. My roof areas are all beautifully done. The price was fair. I have a long warranty on my new roof and the company gave me a referral fee for recommending another customer. I would definitely recommend this company to someone looking for roofing services. Cory Fairbanks Mazda does not communicate with each other when you request via phone or email to not be contacted concerning sales calls or email in March and May of 2014. I requested to not be called, email, or letters and keep getting months later. I filed a report with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The department closed the case because Cory Fairbanks lied and said I bought the car from them Feb 2012 in their reply to the department in Aug. I just moved to this area and bought my car in Tennessee. I have never bought a car from Cory Fairbanks. The company lied to the department. Even, after for the 4 time to not email me and they wrote the department they would removed me from emails. I get a email about trading in my car in September. The company breaks all laws and do not abide by people requests to not be contacted for sales.

We test drove a Mazda 3 S Grand Touring for my wife on Saturday, continued to do our homework and went back on Sunday to purchase the vehicle after seeing the Internet Price they had listed online. When I told them I wanted to purchase the car at the advertised price I was turned over to their "inventory manager" who I believe was actually [redacted] the General Sales Manager. He immediately informed me that we didn't qualify for the internet price and that I should have "read the disclaimers". He then quoted me a price several thousand dollars above the advertised price and offered a ridiculously low price for our trade in. He treated my wife in a condescending manner and was basically a complete [redacted]. I had to ask for my keys back multiple times to leave. When I did get them back, he followed us out to our car continuing to tell me I should have read the disclaimers and that "everyone" posts misleading prices.

Dishonest dealership, we will be purchasing a Mazda elsewhere and will be happy to drive past Cory Fairbanks mazda to go elsewhere for service. This is the kind of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name.

Diamond Roofing recently installed a new shingle roof and new gutters and downspouts on my home. I requested several estimates from several companies but not only was Diamond Roofing very competitive with their pricing but their excellent customer service lead me to give them the job. Fred, Carlos and the crew did a fantastic job, my new roof and gutters look beautiful and they made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would highly recommend Diamond Roofing.

Review: After Hurricane Sandy, I contacted Diamond Construction/Roofing to repair wooden gutters on my home. After job completion the gutters still leaked. [redacted] returned once, but did not resolve the problems. I called [redacted] many times and left messages. I even called him into the new year. (2013) Dont' remember the exact dates. Called him at least eight times. He did not return any of my calls! I never heard from him again! I paid [redacted],$3,000 dollars for the entire job. Due to the wooden gutters still leaking, I had to hire another contractor and pay an additional $1,200 dollars to have them repaired properly. This job was started and completed on May **, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to get half of the money I paid [redacted]. He said, " I will do the job correctly." He didn't do what he said he was going to do.

Review: I am filing a complaint against the company and its owner mentioned above. Ive tried to find a resolution at the first level unfortunately per lack of Mr. [redacted] cooperation I had no success. No repairs for ongoing leaks in the living room and master bedroom, damage from the rain to the wall and ceiling. The plastic on the back part of the house ishanging loose and tearing apart, placed on there since the second week of Dec. 2014. We are now in March 2015. I have not heard back from Mr. [redacted] (owner) or Mr. [redacted] (employee)since 02/02/2015. Ive expressed my concern to Mr. [redacted] regarding further damage to the roofs interior and exterior like mold, fungus, etc, due to prolonging repairs, area remainingwet and leaving the plastic on the roof for long periods of time. Mr. [redacted] was contracted to do repairs per pest report, Roof Inspection and Roof Certification; all during escrow. I moved in on August 02, 2013 and on September 07, 2013 contacted Mr. [redacted] to report leak problems. Almost 1yr and 6 months later and still continue with no final resolution. It seems to me the same pattern is repeating as last year May 2014 where the only solution is to PUT PLASTIC ON THE ROOF and keep prolonging time so the roof certification expires and this company and his owner can wash his hands off any responsibility.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] to meet with me and put in writing a plan of action regarding repairingthe leaks in the roof; living room area (2 leaks) and master bedroom (1 leak) to comply with roof certification. Evaluate roofs condition for ongoing damage due prolonging repairs, wet spots and leaving plastic on for long periods of time. Repair wall and ceiling due to water damage. Evaluate gutters and suggest repairs as needed. Review work done at escrow time to make sure it was goodquality work. Have someone else work on repairs other than Mr. [redacted] Clarify roof certification since my it is my understanding is for three years. If roof is deteriorating at such fast rate, per [redacted] comments (Realtor), she states Mr. [redacted] told her this, then why was certification done on this roof? Provide an estimate to possibly extend the roofs life to 5+ years according to his roof inspection and or say if needs replacement. And stick to his plan of action by being proactive with meetings and all ment

Review: I HAVE A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST LEAKS, WARRANTY #[redacted], DATED 11/20/2014. ROOF IS LEAKING AND I HAVE CONTACTED THE OWNER MANY, MANY TIMES BY E-MAIL, PHONE #S NOT WORKING, WITH NO RESPONSE.Desired Settlement: ASAP, ROOF LEAKING IS RUINING CEILINGS AND FLOORS.

###-###-#### ###-###-####. ###-###-#### with no response but an answering machine we will quickly get back to you but no has we've been trying to contact them for months now the leak is getting worse with each rainfall and with the winter weather approachin I'm afraid what may happen. I've also e-mailed the business [redacted] and again no one has been in contact with me. I'm at my last resort but sending this complaint to the Revdex.com. I hope you could help me with this problem as soon as possible.
