Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I spoke with Mr. Diamond and he sincerely apologized for the overlook. He explained the standard warranty terms but agreed to fix the areas. I understand if the repairs are not able to be made by July 10 due to weather in our area.

Review: I had an asphalt driveway installed in May 2013. The contract stated there was a 1 year warranty on the workmanship. The driveway is cracking and crumbling in several places along the sides. I contacted Diamond Paving several times asking if these areas were covered by the warranty. I left 2 voicemails and spoke to a person once before the end of May 2014 when the warranty expired. No one has ever contacted me to discuss.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if these areas were covered by warranty, and if so, have them repaired.
