Review: well from day 1 of purchase for the vehicle being financed by me the odometer hasn't been visual. upon contact to the dealership I was told to call a chain of people who to no avail was interested or helpful. The situation from date of purchase which was February 12,2013 to current date has not been fixed. The second major problem lies in the fact that the temp tag has since expired and upon request to transfer title to NJDMV to acquire pricing on tags and registration; there has been no help readily available or given. I was told the tags would be in on today March 28,2013 by noon this was after extensive calling, and yet and still, no luck. At this point I am out of ideas as to handling the situation on my own and am resulting to filling a complaint due to lack of execution on the dealerships behalf. as of yesterday the check engine light popped on also. barely thirty days of ownership and minimal distance driven in such a car as this one a bmw x5, it shouldn't be this way at all.Desired Settlement: as of this moment I personally do not wish for a trade out for the vehicle I would prefer to cut any ties with the dealership and the vehicles they posses.they are as a company very undependable and irresponsible with the care of cash paying customers, or customers period.
