I went to have a manicure done and was asked to pay before the service was renderedAfter the polish was applied I was put under the dryer and stayed for minutes the manicurist sprayed a drying agent on my nails and told me after minutes they would be dryMy polish bubbled up and when I called to ask to have them repainted she advised I would have to pay again and while I was explaining the issue yet again she simply hung up on me and would not answer after numerous attempts to call back Product_Or_Service: Acrylic fill in and cut down
