I am rejecting this response because: I'm unsure how they tried to get me to contact them as I received no phone message or email I feel that it is in my best interest to only have contact via written communication with this establishmentThis is not just about a bad haircut and wanting a refund I have a report from the vet stating that the injuries she (my dog) sustained could definitely have been due to a struggle against her harness When I picked my dog up the person at the front whom I believe was Samantha handed me my dogs harness and said that she didn't know how to put the harness on as she never understood "those things" and made a passing comment that Sophie had pulled out of the harness This particular type of harness only becomes tighter if she pulls as the purpose of the harness is to keep the dog from pulling while walkingThen I was told that a comment on a website (I did not see it myself) said the person, whom I am assuming was the person at the front I spoke with, actually removed the harness and that she didn't struggle out of itThat recanting of events is why I will only communicate via this websiteI did write a review and post an accounting of my dogs experience on a website to make others awareThat's not business bashing it's just a fact My dog doesn't seem to have suffered any long term affects as she is back to her self But I would still like a refund and my vet bill refunded and more importantly if someone looks this business up on the Revdex.com website I would like them to be aware of this complaint

This issue has been resolved with the clientThe sum of $plus GST for a total of $has been refunded to the clientAttached is our conversation via e-mailAlso attached is her contract in which she signed stating she understood our policies[redacted] approached us for a refund as she was displeased with our use of clickers in the puppy class that she began February with Diamond in the Ruff Inc., and refused when we said that we would be happy to accommodate her desire not to use them without compromising the training itselfWe also noted that she signed a contract (attached) with us stating that after the first training session that refunds would not be provided, and denied her requestWe offered alternative methods and was met with threats to post poor reviews online, take further action against us and to log a complaint with the Revdex.com

We have tried to get this customer to contact us to resolve this issueWe hsve not denied her money back, if we would have recieved a phone call letting us know this was going on we would have immediately refunded her moneyShe has gone on multiple websites bashing our establishment without first contacting usWe did nothing harmful to her pet as I have responded to her website comment

I am rejecting this response because:  I want my money back and the money I paid to take my dog to the vet.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm unsure how they tried to get me to contact them as I received no phone message or email.  I feel that it is in my best interest to only have contact via written communication with this establishment. This is not just about a bad haircut and wanting a refund.  I have a report from the vet stating that the injuries she (my dog) sustained could definitely have been due to a struggle against her harness.  When I picked my dog up the person at the front whom I believe was Samantha handed me my dogs harness and said that she didn't know how to put the harness on as she never understood "those things" and made a passing comment that Sophie had pulled out of the harness.  This particular type of harness only becomes tighter if she pulls as the purpose of the harness is to keep the dog from pulling while walking. Then I was told that a comment on a website (I did not see it myself)  said the person, whom I am assuming was the person at the front I spoke with, actually removed the harness and that she didn't struggle out of it. That recanting of events is why I will only communicate via this website. I did write a review and post an accounting of my dogs experience on a website to make others aware. That's not business bashing it's just a fact.  My dog doesn't seem to have suffered any long term affects as she is back to her normal self.  But I would still like a refund and my vet bill refunded and more importantly if someone looks this business up on the Revdex.com website I would like them to be aware of this complaint.

contacting us. We did nothing harmful to her pet as I have responded to her website comment.

Review: I took my dog for her second visit to this groomer yesterday. She was perfectly fine when I dropped her off. She was there a total of 2 hrs. She only requires a bath, good brushing and nail trim. When I went to pick her up she was not acting right. She was lethargic and dragging her feet as we were walking to the car. She could barley get into the car. On the ride home I became very concerned with her demeanor. When we arrived home I had to pick her up so she could get out of the car and she barley made it into the house. She weighs 54lbs. I immediately called her vet but they could not see her so they sent me to Lodi Animal Hospital. Within 30 minutes of picking her up I had her to a vet. The diagnosis was severe strain to her neck, back and legs. They gave her a morphine shot in office and sent us home with 2 different muscle relaxers. This is not OK. I have no idea what happened at that groomer but I do know that it was BAD.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back $35.00, my vet bill paid $91.32 and public record of this so that this doesn't happen to another animal.
