displeased with our use of clickers in the puppy class that she began February 23 with Diamond in the Ruff Inc., and refused when we said that we would be happy to accommodate her desire not to use them without compromising the training itself. We also noted that she signed a contract (attached) with us stating that after the first training session that refunds would not be provided, and denied her request. We offered alternative methods and was met with threats to post poor reviews online, take further action against us and to log a complaint with the Revdex.com.
