Diamond 420

Scam alert. Wished I had researched this so called company, paid over $50 , never received a tracking # or any email from them. They do not return emails or calls. BUYER BEWARE , DO NOT USE , my bank informs me that I need to contact them for a refund because they don't answer the phone for them. Ordered CBD Gummies , spend the extra few dollars and order from a reputable company , there are several that you can find discount codes for upto 40% off. I use Conbread Hemp now days. Spend a little more but they do make their own products plus they are always emailing me coupons and they called to see if I liked the product . Customer service like no other.

I should have checked the reviews first. Thought I had found the perfect place thru a google search. Purchased a product but when it arrived, it was packaged from Amazon and was not the same product. A check on Amazon showed that they priced it at 50% less than diamond 420. Diamond 420 ripped me off for 50%, a pure profit play for them.

I also did not receive my product and received a product in Amazon packaging with a product for 1/4th the cost. Complete scam - do not ever buy from this company. They should be shut down by the FTC.

Just received my product to which I paid $60 plus rush shipping to find out it was sent via Amazon and only costs $16 on there. Scammers, scamming people for money. Absolutely disgusting. Do not! I repeat, do not buy from this company!

According to their site, everything is made by them and shipped by them...so why did I just receive an Amazon delivery and theses crooks charged double that what the ACTUAL COMPANY sells them for on AMAZON. I did contact Amazon and the company of this product. Also they sent it as a gift receipt and not actual. Amazon asked me to bring it in and they can locate the individual as block from further Amazon purchases.

Purchased a bottle of hemp oil on 2/9/21 I was charged $85 and the order says still processing, today is 2/25/21. They will not respond to my emails or return my phone calls. Feel like I've been robbed. I have tried over 10 times to get some sort of customer service. Nope nothing, at this time I have to give up on this as Im not expecting diamond420 to make this right. I would suggest getting your oils from a more reputable company.

I ordered freeze hemp cream they sent me the wrong stuff. I have called no one answered but said leave your number and someone would call 4 days later no one has called. sent email to the company 4 days ago no one answered. this is the worst company to order from. I ordered 4 bottles of their mixrx hemp extract, which I previously bought from Amazon, but was no longer there. I received 4 bottles of some totally different hemp extract, which doesn't work at all. I've emailed them 4 times, and recieved nothing back. Stay away, not a good company.

Diamond 420 is a complete scam company. I ordered a specific item and another "third-party" item was sent from Amazon. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue, all they tell me is that the package was delivered. Do Not waste your time or money with this company. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages.

I paid $73.99 for a bottle of CBD gummies from these people on February 4th and it says on their *** that they should arrive in 3-5 business days. When you click "tracking order" it says it's currently processing. I've have made multiple calls and all you get is an answering machine and I did leave a message. I also emailed the email address they provide on their site. I believe this is a scam *** and I honestly wish I had bought them from *** or someone else reputable. I have been charger the 74 dollars and now I have nothing to show for it as of 12:22pm on 2/13/20

On 2/12/2020 I paid for some cbd oil but it was the wrong kind and I paid a total of 39.99. But call them all day trying to let them know that I got the wrong kind of cbd oil. But no one answer the phone and I left 5 messages and no one call me back at all.
