Diagon Vented Sales

I saw an advertisement for a hair growth supplement which stated they had been on ***. They advertised their product would help stimulate and strengthen hair and stated that I could try a 30 day "free trial" for just the cost of shipping & handling. I clicked on the order now button & was directed to a website called Halo Hair & placed an order for the 30 day supply of hair supplement and was encouraged to also purchase a bottle of fish oil supplement to enhance the hair vitamins. I was charged for the shipping & handling of $8.38 2 weeks ago and then today I checked my credit card statement and saw a charge of $87.21 for the "free trial" product and another charge of $78.43 for the next 30 day supply. I called their customer service number and was told that there was no "free trial" and that if I wanted to cancel the service that they could only refund my card $100.00 total.

I have further discovered that even though the bottles of supplements are labeled as Halo Hair, the actual company website is now doing business as ***, but that website has a contact name of Diagon Vented Sales LLC in Austin, TX. So I am really confused as to who is actually running this company and what is really going on. I do not like to be misled and believe you need to be aware of this as I am recently widowed and am on a fixed income. I realize it is not a lot of money, but it is the principal in this case.
