Information from DHL are NOT TRUE.DHL Delivery agent entered into the community by pressing Buzzer. I was waiting inside the house and I only opened the gate but DHL just left a not INSIDE the community and did not deliver the product.How can they enter but not deliver the product ?I immediately called DHL care and explained to come back and deliver it as I was waiting for the product for 1 week. Spoke to 5 different agents to get the package but no one called me back with an update as they promised. 2 agents, 2 managers and an agent for Revdex.com complaint spoke to me but none of them gave me an update or fix the issue. - DHL did not leave a note intially.- DHL left a note inside after entering into the community but did not deliver the product. ( Note- I gave my contact number, my gate code, my neighbors code and rescheduled this time )- DHL managers promised to call back within 1 hour but no update or call back. I requested for a return of this package and would cost about $50 to ship it back internationally. It costed time and money for me.

Since the payment for this shipment was paid to a DHL Authorized Shipping Center and not to DHL directly, our customer will need contact the store that the shipment was placed from, to receive any refund that may be due. This letter is to clarify our position with regard to DHL’s treatment of our claim and that such refund was for the insurance premium and not for our claims made under the policy. DHL’s payment was insufficient in relation to the claims made for the insurance policies we purchased. We feel that they are unfairly and unreasonably hiding behind the transposed waybill numbers to avoid making payment. We would have appreciated consideration by DHL of the fact that two shipments were made in tandem and we purchased insurance on both shipments at the same time. Chronological evidence facts sheets of DHL Gross Negligence 1- Claiming that the route courier did deliver to the neighboring apartment to mine is false, because, I personally asked the tenant of that apartment, and she said she did not received it 2- My nine years daughter, cannot be alone while me and my wife are not at home. When I asked the neighbor stated that DHL’s local carrier might probably misdelivered to “Featherwood Court” instead of “Featherwood Drive”, and advised me to put that details into my claim. 3- International shipment and its conditions. On DHL’s website, it is clearly stated in the section: “Yes, all international shipments require a signature for delivery unless waived by the shipper via No Signature Required (NSR)” Source : [redacted] 4- Did I waive this right? No as evidenced by the SMS exchange with the local route courier. 5- Why the local carrier did even deliver or misdeliver to the highest extent since I already advise him to not do so? Professional negligence 6- Is my shipment an international shipment? The answer is yes. It has been shipped from Mali to USA from KD to MD. 7- Was it a person to person shipment? Yes In DHL’s representative response, “only person to person shipments require a signature from the customer listed on the shipping documents.” Both living persons Alternate forms of authorization Based on your web site: key agreement, closed statement and designated neighbor. In this case, your web site states “if you are absent or if your company is closed at the time of delivery, you can authorize DHL Parcel to deliver your shipment with one of your neighbors within the same street.” 8- Did I authorize a designated neighbor to pick up my international shipment from person to person?
