Basically LOST MY PACKAGE and BLAMED IT ON USPS. WORTHLESS COMPANY!!
DHL first documented tracking info of having a package from the seller on 6/17/19. DHL then records that this package was transferred to USPS 6/18/19 in the Loveland, CO post office. In the town where I reside and where it was to be delivered. I was in contact and filed an investigation report with USPS SEVERAL TIMES since Friday 6/21/19! Of which date this package was to have been delivered to me. USPS reports that they had never received this package at that time. I was given notification on 6/27/19 that the package had FINALLY been received by USPS on 6/27/19 in DENVER, CO. NOT LOVELAND, CO! USPS states they NEVER HAD THIS PACKAGE UNTIL THE 27TH! DHL has had to have had this package sitting in their warehouse where the contents are temperature sensitive and worth $49.18 to which the sender failed to put insurance on the package. So, basically DHL's service is so incredibly poor and inapt that I feel it is worthy of a complaint to let other businesses and unsuspecting customers know of their business practices and basically lies!! This is beyond unacceptable!!!!! UTTER INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST!!! 'WORLD CLASS SERVICE' MY ***!!! BRUSH THIS COMPLAINT UNDER THE RUG LIKE DHL EXPRESS AND YOU'LL NEVER CLOSE THIS CASE!!

I believe DHL did in fact have my package the ENTIRE TIME!! Until 6/27/19!! This is when I was notified per USPS of their actual receipt of the package. DHL gave NO MOVEMENT WITH THIS TRACKING NUMBER!! OF ALL THE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS, I WAS CONSTANTLY TOLD THAT USPS HAD THE PACKAGE WHEN OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NOT!!! Be cause I also filed a case with USPS. The fault CLEARLY lies with DHL!!!
Good morning, thank you for providing the USPS tracking number to assist with research. Our findings are as follows. On 6/17 @ 5:21pm DHL received this piece from the merchant in Hebron KY. It was then sent to our facility in Denver CO on 6/18. DHL being a logistics company, not a delivery provider handed this piece over to our DSP (delivery service provider). USPS scanned the piece received on 6/19 @ 10:04am after which it's up to USPS to deliver in a timely fashion. I received a package from Complete Wellness on May 23, 2019 however refused this same package at that time & requested return to sender (through Canada Post ref #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Hadn't heard anything as of June 10, 2019 so called DHL. A rep named Eddy confirmed my package was clearing customs at that time. As of June 24, 2019 still nothing. Talked to DHL rep & she informed me that they didn't have package -Canada Post did. I contacted Steven at Canada Post & he ended up emailing me proof that my package was delivered to facility for pickup by DHL & they had the signature to prove this was completed as of May 29, 2019. So I called DHL back again on June 25, 2019 & got Kim. She told me to email ***@dhl.com & an investigation would be opened - email sent June 26, 2019. So as of today they came back saying my item was delivered however it was not. They are just looking online at the tracking # they have & going by what that says which by the way Kim at DHL had said to disregard because when she looked into it -that wasn't my package it was someone else's. (So confusing not sure what is going on).DHL used tracking #GMXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which by the way was the same one used to get the package to me from Complete Wellness originally. When I requested return they kept same one. So I did send DHL proof of pickup signature of my package, of tracking information etc. Again, it is not my fault OR company I was sending back to for return. DHL has lost my package & I want the value of it paid by them at this time for poor service. So many categories for this complaint: customer service, delivery standards etc.
Since they do not know where my package is (that was being returned for full refund) - I want DHL to reimburse me for the amount I would have been refunded if they would have delivered my package as they were supposed to. Kept getting run around from them that they don't have my package, that it was delivered etc. No one at DHL seems to know what happened to my package and no one is taking ownership of figuring it out.

Can you provide confirmation of you delivering oackage to Complete Wellness. There should be a tracking # for that showing it was completed. I want paperwork on this delivery from Canada to USA by dhl.
Good Afternoon, unfortunately we do not get tracking updates for returns. Understandably you are seeking reimbursement for which the merchant that you placed your order is best to discuss this with. We have an agreement with the merchant who is a DHL customer. For a swift resolution to your request for reimbursement please engage the merchant for escalated assistance. The merchant can then follow up with DHL if further investigation is required on their part. I hope this helps to get a final resolution with the merchant on this topic of reimbursement.
Package cleared customs on 29th March, 2019. DHL was to deliver it to the USPS once it cleared customs. I have not received package
Ordered 17 MAR 19. DHL was service used to get to USA. It cleared customs on 29 MAR 19. I called DHL 5 times. first two calls I was hung up on. Third call told me to contact customs. I did. They told me that once a package clears customs, it is re released to courrier that delivered the package to USA. DHL tells me that the USPS should be the ones that receive package. USPS has not received item and they told me that DHL was the one to deliver it to them.
I just want to know where my package is and have it delivered ASAP.

My package was shipped 16 days ago, but has not yet been delivered. I am unable to track my package and no answer when I call DHL customer service.
I ordered from a 3rd party, Opensky, on 12/15/18. I received tracking information when my package was shipped using DHL eCommerce US on 12/17/18. Using the tracking number, I have tried to track my package through DHL and have contacted the supplier for help as well. The tracking information has not been updated on the DHL site since 12/17/18. Today is 1/2/19.
I have called the phone number for DHL customer service and used the tracking number there as well with no success. no one answers the customer service number. Where is my package? Why can't I track my package? I have left a Revdex.com review for Opensky as well. Maybe they will rethink their shipping service.
Please let me know where my package is, and when I can expect to receive it. Please ship my package safely and undamaged to my residence.

The can't find my package and refuse to do anything about it. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a package and they have no clue where its at. It's been over 2 weeks and tracking still says they have the package. Then when you call customer service they give you a recording that non stop says their call volume is higher than expected and ask if you would like a call back or continue waiting ***. The recording repeats this hundreds of times which is BEYOND ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad service and bad customer service!!!! Then when you finally get frustrated and use this option it ask you over and over to enter the number even after doing so with the area code over and over. After about 30 min a representative answered and told me I would have to take it up with the company I bought the product with and they couldn't track the package. Online tracking number still shows they have the package, so my only option is to reorder and wait. Hopefully companies will start using real delivery services like UPS or FedEx. My tracking number is *** if anyone would like to see how long they have held my package that supposedly they can't track.

I have contacted DHL they told me to contact myheritage, although they are the ones responsible for losing or miss placing my package. They wont even look for it, because my heritage holds an account with them and not me. Myheritage is hesitate meanwhile, I have waiting 42 years to find my biological father, now I think I have and sent him the dna kit to find out and the kit is lost! I look like a fool asking him to agree to take the test then when he does, I tell him it has been sent and its still not there. Not one kit but TWO! myheritage says this happens a lot. Why is this company not held responsible for their deliveries?
At least look for the package and re place the delivery driver who lost the package.

I ordered from a 3rd party on amazon, the seller used this company to ship. My package reached DHL in *** on 3/19/18 with a delivery date no later than 3/22/18. I still have not received my package(3/23/18) and there is no way to contact them. The number listed rings a few times then beeps like a fax machine. Slow/late delivery is one thing but they should have a way to be contacted.
I simply just want my package delivered ASAP with no damage. I also would like if they would improve their customer service with at least a phone number to be contacted.

I ordered a printed picture from printerpix.com The order was placed on December 6.When the order shipped via DHL they provided me with a tracking numberWhen you track the tracking number it shows that it was delivered on December 13.The package was never delivered to me when I attempted to reach out to DHL for information they told me that they gave the package to the United States post office to deliver.So I went to the post office to find out where my package was, but the post office says they don't have it, and that I have it and can't give me any info so I have to go back to DHL.Contacted DHL 2x via email (with no response) and 3 times on the phone (2 hours on the phone) and DHL says that there is nothing that they can do...The customer (the person who paid, can't do anything) the company (printerpix) needs to flag the package or raise an issue.Dhl can't provide me with any information about delivery and said there is nothing they can do.

Dhl is at fault for the loss of the package, end of story. The buyer (me) never received the package. Dhl accepted the package from the shipper (acknowledgment that the package did exist) and never delivered it to the buyer (me).
The shipper is telling me they are not responsible for the loss of the package once in the hands of DHL.
I expect that dhl would want to rectify their mistake
You stated that DHL eCommerce made an error. If that was the case, we would work with our customer (your seller) to resolve the issue, not the recipient. Unfortunately, there is nothing that DHL eCommerce can do for you because you didn't pay us directly. If your seller has an issue with the non-delivery of a shipment and files a claim with us, we will process the claim based on our terms conditions. Then, we would credit our customer's account. If you are not happy with the information that has been provided by your seller, you should continue to escalate up the chain of command.
I ordered supplements from Acupuncture Atlanta. I selected shipping with DHL. When the package seemed to be delayed, I contacted DHL. They were not able to locate the package or provide any additional information. Eventually, I received a notification from Canada Post. I had ordered a number of items but none of these were to be arriving through Canada Post. When I went to Canada Post, the package showed a sender that I did not recognize (the original tag was covered with the Canada Post tag/sticker). It gave no indication of the contents including any information from border services as to the content. I was provided with the option to pay a COD charge (which seemed excessive) and take the package or decline. I opted to decline the package. I called both the sender, DHL and Canada Post the following day. Only then was I informed that the package was a DHL package that was passed *** to Canada Post. I was given no options. The package was destroyed with no compensation by the shipping companies to take responsibility for poor communication and no refund offered by the sender as the package was destroyed.
The shipping was poorly handled. Not only was it delayed, neither the shipper or the sender indicated another company beyond DHL would be involved. Either DHL needs to locate this package and resend it at their cost and cover any COD charges as a compensation for the delay or they need to refund the cost of the item which is approximately $105 US.

Ok. Again, part of original problem was how difficult it was to find the right division and person to speak with. This included not being able to track my package online or by calling in.
The consumer has been refunded by our customer. The consumer paid our customer for this shipment, and our customer would be the party that would provide any additional compensation. Our customer has talked to the complainant multiple times about this order. If the complainant is still not happy with the outcome, she needs to contact her seller again.

Again, I have not been refunded fully by the seller. The certainly are not covering the shipping and handling. They have indicated faulty shipping is not their responsibility.
I have also clarified that I did not use the same shipping on previous orders with them. They should have this on file. I still have all my receipts from years ago. They did not even offer the current shipping option for a past order.
I have provided ample information of how I was not able to access my package online and when I called in. The package I received did not list information as to who the original sender was or the contents of the package despite that it was asking for duties fees. With multiple packages coming in, I has no idea what I was being charged for. Poorly handled shipping. Poor service. A good company would refund a customer for this situation.
My package is being held in the DHL ECommerce facility in Houston Texas.
I ordered a package from the website Miss A Cosmetics. My package was supposed to be delivered by October 18th. DHL has held my package since October 16th which was the last update. My local post office has yet to receive anything from their end. I paid I believe it was 3.95 so that my stuff would be shipped out from Miss A, I understand that at times things take time but since October 16th my package has been sitting in their Houston Texas locating just collecting dust and it frustrating!!! I called customer service on Wed. to ask why hasn't my package been updated and the man I spoke to stated that I would be receiving my package either by 10/20/2017 or 10/21/2017 so on Friday I checked and nothing, I called the United States Postal service and was placed on hold for 2 hours only to find out that they have nothing so nothing would be sent out to me within today. I also called on Friday the 20th and it said that the holding time was far to long to leave my number and name and they would give me a call back but yet they failed to do so. Please help me! This would have never happed with FedEx nor UPS. FYI makeup and sensitive items are in my package and the longer they sit in the heat the more damaged they become.

I placed an order for 2 books on XXXXXX. The package was mailed from Hebron Kentucky on XXXXXX. It was shipped through DHL ECOMMERCE. DHL has reached out to the seller on the consumer's behalf. The seller needs to speak their customer (person that initiated this complaint). There is nothing else that we can do other than participate in a conference call with the seller and the consumer to explain what happened with the original shipment and better understand the available options at this point. Unfortunately, the consumer failed to provide us with a good contact number and/or call us as requested.
