John we would firstly like to thank you for being a customer, over the years, and we welcome any and all feedback from our Lube City Service centre'sIn review of your concerns hopefully we can explain

Upon talking to the technicians, they were instructed not to check the tires as they had been replaced/and or servicedAs far as the air filter was concerned, we do apologize as were were out of stockMost air filters we do keep a few, but have no idea when different makes and models come in, and then we do have a two to three day turn around if they are sold
As far as the coolant is concerned, again that was an oversight on our part as we had mistaken the coolant for a specialty coolant, which we thought we did not stock
For the transmission if they are automatic those are to be checked with the vehicle running by the upstairs technicianFor any gearboxes and diiferentials we provide a visual inspection as part of our point full service oil change for any leaks or obvious issuesSome manual transmission/gearbox models have a dipstick which can check those levels from the upperbay technician
We do understand in some ways we did not meet your expectations for the service providedAs a repeat customer in the past we would like to try and rectify our shortcomings by offering you a gift card with the value of $towards your next service
It is not our intention to under service any of our customersPlease accept our apologies for us not meeting all of your vehicles needs
