DG Auto Sales

The owner, Derick G, of DG Auto Sales, posted a fraudulent advertisement on *** for a 2006 750 LI for $6999 stating in excellent condition. I drove it from DG Auto Sales to Meineke for an oil change/daiagnostic (less than 10 miles) and to replace a light out that the dealer informed me was out (listed as a feature that was not working). The Meineke repair center told me that all the gaskets and seals were bad along with a meriad of magor repairs exceeding $10,000. I called Derick G, way less than 24 hours, if you consider the dealership was closed for most of that. I told Derick of the repairs and that this car wasnt going to work out. Derick told me "For that kind of money you could buy a new car and I do not give refunds". What was worse it that parking break module was phsically disconnected by ths dealer, which is part of the breaking system putting my children and myself at risk. This is the perfect example of fraud "the wrongful or criminal deception to result in financial or personal gain". No other options were of*. It cost me $2072 just to be able to drive the car home from Meineke without paying to have it towed, which put me in finacial peril, because of it. The AM/FM radio also did not work, which was also listed as a feature. Derick claimed he was selling this vehicle under kelly blue book price for a car in this excellent condition....if that was the case he would have had to pay me $4000 to take the vehicle off the lot, instead of myself paying $8000 out the door for a poor condition unsafe vehicle to drive my children around in. I bought the care on 2/25/20 at 11:54 AM and called in the AM the next day when Meineke was completed with the oil change and diagnostoc with the tragic news about the car I bought less than 24 hours earlier. When purchasing this vehicle I told the owner, Derick, I was looking for a car to last me only 2 years with no major car repairs, and this is what he sold me stating this car would last me longer that that. The title was wrong as well.
