DFW Plumber

Terrible Service.... guy comes to our house we pay for our service fee then he leaves and never follows up, we though we were waiting on water heater, instead he waits several weeks, the wife calls asks what the hold up is, he hangs up and then I follow back up a few days later and he says he has closed our service ticket. Junk company, doesn't communicate, doesn't follow through or follow up... Can I give no stars?

Bad service provided by Gregory. He was very unprofessional. He did not deliver what he promised, order parts from warranty company to his house and was very hostile
