DFW Mattress & Furniture

I went to this store on Sunday to purchase a new mattress because I needed better support for my back...was scheduled for surgical back procedure on following Tuesday. Mike was my salesperson. Even with his help I was unable to lie down on the mattress because of pain, so my mattress testing was done by hand pushing. Mattress seemed okay. I discussed with him what would happen if mattress didn't fit my needs. I told him I understood the 20% restocking fee they have in their contract and I was willing to pay that if necessary. Mike's exact words to me = "we will work something out". Bought mattress. Mattress delivered. I again asked him about returns. Again he said "we will work something out". Mattress is too soft so my daughter contacted Mike about a return for a firmer mattress. Mike said it could not be returned but he would call the factory to be sure. He contacted my daughter back...factory said no return allowed. Daughter said Mike was not nice and talked on and on with same excuses....she couldn't get a word in so she hung up on him.
