DFW International Airport

Airport misplaced my sweater at the security gate and asked $30.68 to send it back to me.
First, when my international flight arrived at the *** Airport, the airport did not have a gate open for our flight until 20 minutes passed the scheduled landing time. I had a tight connecting flight to Indianapolis after arriving Dallas that they made it very difficult for me to catch my next flight. The security check gate was chaotic, my sweater was misplaced on the belt and I called the airport loss-and-found three times after I returned to Indiana to get an answer. They offered only one mailing option which costed me $30.68. The airport must be responsible for the cost due to their poor quality of work. They made my trip very stressful and unpleasant.
