Review: I wired $1600 to define lifestyle([redacted] owner operator) on [redacted] 2013 for an audemarspiguet gold watch with diamonds around the whole watch when I received the watch 3 ays late it wasn't an audemarspiguet watch and the watch he sent me didn't even work I explained this to [redacted] he said he would exchange or refund my$then he later stated that their policy didn't allow refunds but he never advertised that on his website he's been giving me the run around since then and now he doesn't respond at all I have all our text messages&emails where he promises to rectify thisDesired Settlement: I would desire a full refund as I see now that he is not a man of his word I've given him more than enough time to replace the watch for the one I originally thought I was purchasing to no avail

We have tried with this client to satisfy him (as can be shown from the massive texts and emails) He was shown his watch from all angles via email to be sent when receiving the watch he said it was not the watch in the pictures sent and it did not work my partner who packs all merchandise going out of our business made sure that the watch was working and all parts were in tact on leaving out of the company we have been in business for 32 years and never been brought to the Revdex.com we stand by the quality of our merchandise and service my partner offered him by phone to exchange the watch for a working watch but refused the offer still stands for an exchange...

I am willing to search for a more expensive watch to his the client but I am not promising that the watch he would like will be readily available so I am asking for maybe a 3 week window to search for the watch again no promises I followed procedure in the initial
sale as to why I feel as if just an even exchange should be suffice but I will try my best to find another watch it's either that or a Rolex
on the house cause I know for a fact that watch is not worth $500 dollars... I still can not offer a refund those are the only options
