I need to share my experience today with Lindsey M. She was Amazing! not only knowledgeable but she was patient, she was friendly and she ensured that I was adequately covered for my new motor vehicle purchase and the existing one as well as my homeowner policy. Lindsey exceeded my expectation in every aspect of customer service. She referred to me by name, she was patient, she was never rushing me to get information, or just to get the business she ensured that I understood what my options were and what kinds of coverage would be provided. She emailed the documents to me in a timely manner for me to review all that we discussed which were consistent with our discussion and I was able to save money by switching. I even had to ask her twice, if the premiums quoted were accurate. I just could not believe it!. Thank you Lindsey and thank you DFI. As Christy would say "DFI treats you like family" and that is absolutely true....
