My husband and I are Direct Buy members now for over years We have never had a bad experience when visiting the showroom in Winnipeg or ordering merchandise The staff and owners were always willing to help us with our questions and needs We were very shocked and sad to hear that they were closing the Winnipeg location of Direct Buy When I asked the owners why, I was told too many people are buying online Unfortunately that ruined it for others We are currently doing a big renovation in our home and more than half of the vendors that serviced Direct Buy customers are not available anymore A few that we have contacted to get prices and info on products have old us they are getting a lot of the same complaints that the members are very frustrated
