The number given to the employee at Dey was what was listed on the paperwork given to us when we purchased the dishwasherIf it was incomplete we didn't know itIf the employee thought it was incomplete he should have said so and admitted he didn't have the correct partThe bottom line is I was told this was the correct part and then it wouldn't even fit into the dishwasher - therefore - it was NOT the correct partAnd, NO, Dey does not guarantee anythingI was sold the wrong part, pure and simple, and feel that I have been ripped offI have finally found a good use for FacebookI'm sure others will want to stay away from a company that rips off its customers and then defends itThe only acceptable solution, if Dey is an honest company, is to return our money to us since this was clearly a mistake on the part of their employee
