First off they make you believe you are only paying monthly and can cancel at any time. Until you realize you are stuck in a contract. Then trying to contact them is even worse. No one wants to help you because no one cares. The bill will come quick as possible. Which is my biggest problem paying for something I didn't ask for. Now I'm still paying and not receiving the service I wanted. They still won't cancel my account. Worst business there is period. DO NO USE DEX MEDIA.....
