While there is a service center in [redacted], I have mentioned this is not a valid option as I have no way to transport a large piece of machinery 20 miles one way. I have spoken to the service center staff and they require I bring the entire stand to them and not just that one part that is defective.

Received the attached complaint #[redacted] in the mail. This
complaint is from [redacted] and we are in Wisconsin so I have no jurisdiction to
resolve the issue.Everything the customer is saying is accurate. The pressure
washers are a licensed product made for DeWalt by FNA. We do service them...
but
FNA is the one to determine if something is or is not under warranty. My
suggestion is that Mr. [redacted] contact FNA at ###-###-####.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I was under the impression that I was complaining to Dewalts headquarters. By the response Dewalt provided, I am to seek resolution with a Dewalt entity in [redacted] since I live in [redacted]? I ask that Dewalt direct me who in [redacted] within the Dewalt organization I can call. Additionally they suggest I deal with FNA. I have dealt with FNA and they refuse to honor the Dewalt warranty. The pump comes with a 5 year warranty and the machine is in its 2nd year. FNA says a pump failure is a wear an tear issue and as such not warrantied. Which leads me to ask, if a pump failure is wear and tear, then is there really any warranty? under what circumstances would the pump be covered by the warranty of 5 years that Dewalt shows in the owners manual? FNA was rude to me on the phone. They can do that as they have nothing to loose by denying me since their name is not on this product, and everything to gain since it will cost them to replace or fix it. I am not a happy Dewalt customer and I will not let this issue rest until I have my warranty honored.

First of all, I have always been impressed with the quality and durability of the DeWalt tools that I have owned or used. But, I am not able to say much positive about their web site, especially the search engine they use. It is also full of bugs and crashes frequently, at least with the items that I was looking for. For online shoppers, a business' web site is how it presents itself, and is, therefore, very important. I thought the web site was embarrassingly poor. It changed the way I look at the company
