my home was inspected by 3D inspection for purchasing the homeThe report was flawless and stated all was normal, up to code and perfectI decided to have a fan installed in the boat house and contacted an electrical company to put up the box and fanThey found the wrong wire was initially , and there was no ground in a boat house!
Mr W*** missed this, so coast to fix : $ 3500,00.I had *** come by to check out the water systemThe clorinator was connected to the lawn watering system, not the house and in poor condition,so new system installed for $ 3,The boat house had no storm bracing, so that cost $ So a grand total of $ This should have been paid by the seller but the report missed all of this, so I had to payI called him many times, he said he was busy and would get back to me, but he never returned my calls
