Her house does sit too low and I went in and did everything that was asked to be done. The water that runs down from the public street which she lives on drains right down onto her property, which I have no control of. I have been in business for 23 years and I have never had a single complaint. It's sad that just because this customer feels she is owed something for free that she is tying to talk down on my business.
