Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:There is no way for me to formally dispute an account in which I have never received any type of communication in any way. As of today a formal letter of dispute requesting full validation of this alleged account has been requested detailing the documents required to legitimate this claim.
Regards,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted] [redacted],  I have reviewed your account and our investigation supports the reported collection activity.  This debt originated from [redacted] and now [redacted] owns the debt as of March 2017.   [redacted] is a large debt purchasing...

company, therefore, we do not originate the actual loan. We take all claims seriously and evaluate each thoroughly on a case-by-case basis. As part of our review process for your complaint, we show you are concerned with the validity of this debt.  I have provided the supporting documentation to validate this date, along with a ledger card reflecting the breakdown of the balance owed.  In the event [redacted] [redacted] has any additional questions regarding this account, or the supporting documentation please contact our office at [redacted]. We look forward in assisting you in resolving this matter,  [redacted]

Good afternoon, As previously stated the documents have been requested, they are currently warehoused by the original creditor [redacted] and are not on sight. I will go ahead and make sure the validation of debt letter is sent out right away and in a few days when the documentation is received we will forward copies of that as well.  This will all be expedited to the best of my ability. Thank you for your time.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:They company failed to provide me with any business doings with their company. They still have failed to validate within a timely manner according to the FCRA and FDCPA which are violations that are at least $1000 each.  Have been trying for months. And they only have now tried because I contacted the Revdex.com. They must remove this immediately! And the "contract" they sent has so many inaccuracies that I have no choice but to contact an attorney. Their best bet is to return that false information back to the original Creditor immediately. I don't owe them anything. I never talked to anyone or signed anything from [redacted] Company. There is nothing with my signature for [redacted] on anything, because I have no business doing with them.
Regards,
[redacted]

I rejected this response due to the company never sent me anything back regarding the validation letter I sent. I would like a copy of the response they sent me, the original document that they sent responding to the validation letter.  My address has not changed and they should have not sent the letter to any other address other than what were on the validation letter. I am not satisfied with this being reported on my credit report.

Dear [redacted],   We take all claims seriously and evaluate each thoroughly on a case-by-case basis. I have provided you with proof of our Texas bond, as explained previously, Deville Asset Management did request to renew our bond in January, as we changed our insurance provider.  I have provided a copy of the bond and highlighted the portion indicating the effect date is March 11, 2018. I have also included your payment history from Chrysler Capital reflecting the balance owed, as additional funds were applied due to your insurance refunds.   These funds were generated due to the sale of your vehicle.   Please note this pay history does match the amount that Deville is reflecting that you owe.  Please understand, your account has been validated and Deville has provided you with all the supporting documents to indicate the balance owed. If you have any other questions, please contact our office at [redacted].

Dear [redacted], Thank you for providing me with the needed information to respond to your complaint concerning your Swerbs loan for a 2003 Ford Winstar.  In your complaint your main concern is regarding why you have a judgment filled on your house for a car that you purchased back in 2012.  Deville Asset Management is a debt purchasing company, we did not originate the actual loan agreement.  We take all claims seriously and evaluate each thoroughly on a case-by-case basis.  I have reviewed your account and our investigation supports the collection activity.  I have also  provided you a copy of the supporting documents for your Swerbs loan agreement.  Included is the signed loan agreement,  and the amount owed after the Ford Winstar was sold at auction.  Deville Asset Management purchased this loan in May of 2016, and then placed your account with one of our legal agencies for collections.  We also show that  [redacted] is handling your account, and he previously offered you a payment arrangement and those installments were not paid as outlined in the agreement. If you need further assistance, please contact the office of [redacted] at [redacted]. Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for your prompt response to my Revdex.com complaint. It is not conceivable to check back on my financial records of eight (8) years, which is the time this complaint is based upon. Neither [redacted] nor [redacted] full credit reports show any mention of an [redacted] account, or write-off, even though the records for both that they sent me go back to the early 1990's, and from 2000 to today's current date.If you can provide me with any satisfactory documents indicating my owing any money, I will address it because, as a conscientious and upstanding citizen, I address and pay all my bills.

Dear [redacted], In review of your complaint, our investigation supports the collection activity based on the agreement you had with [redacted].  We have previously provided you with the supporting documents via certified mail and regular mail that validates the balance owed, and I have...

provided those documents again for your review.  Please review the two billing statements showing your purchases and the terms of your [redacted] account.  Our records show your last payment made was on June 11, 2015 in the amount of $34.99.  [redacted] bought the debt from [redacted] on June 30, 2015 so all payments would now be made with [redacted].  If you would like to discuss your account or payment options, please contact our office at your earliest convenience.  Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I'm requesting this be taken off all 3 of my credit reports and not be re-assigned, "re-sold", or any other sketchy thing your company may try to do with the information you "bought", based on the premise that you clearly have no evidence of chain of assignment proof of any sort. I'm basing this on your response that "sometimes when debt is bought or sold, not all documentation is available in full or in part". Your case is null and void. I demand this be removed immediately and for good! Not "until this matter is resolved". NOW!

Dear [redacted], We take all claims seriously and evaluate each thoroughly on a case-by-case basis. As a part of our review process, we found the following in response to your claim that Deville Asset Management has not responded to your previous dispute submitted in February 2018,...

concerns with your credit report, and the validity of our state of Texas bond.  Per our investigation, we found that we did respond to your February 2018 dispute by providing the supporting documents.  These documents were mail on February 28, 2018 to the provided address.  Deville Asset Management is a debt buyer and we purchased this loan in March of 2017, which is the date that should reflect on your credit report.  I have also provided the supporting documentation for the loan with [redacted] for the 2015 Dodge Dart, supporting the reported collection activity.  I have attached the signed loan agreement from [redacted] and the credit application from [redacted]. Deville Asset Management does not and has never illegally reported ANY debts to the credit bureau or to anybody else. Debt that remains unpaid is often bought and sold from company to company , it quite the normal process these days. That is the case here. This account was purchased on 3/29/2017 and...

( as we are allowed to do per federal regulations ) we reported this VALID an LEGAL debt to the bureau. You would not know who we are unless you actually returned phone messages or responded to our attempts to contact you Via Mail. I will treat this complain as a dispute and remove it temporarily from your CB and validate as is my required actions again per federal law. I would appreciate it if you would CALL Deville at [redacted] or [redacted] and inquire as to who we are and why we have reported you before you make false claims against my company. Thanks

The consumer will not receive any more contact from DeVille Asset Management.
