Device Pitstop of Maple Grove

On www.devicePitstop.com I purchased a MacBook Air at a price of $699 after choosing the Maple Grove location, my bank was then charge the $699. Received an email w/ a receipt of purchase almost immediately but waited about an hour to head to the store and pick up my refurbished MacBook Air. Upon speaking to the young gentleman at the front counter I was told that they don’t have that computer where he proceeded to try and sell me 1 that was an additional $400. Now if selling something and knowing that you don’t have it just so you can try and upsell a customer isn’t shady and bordering on fraud I don’t know what is... After waiting in the store for nearly 2 hours for the owner Brad S to call me (because only he can do refunds) and the guy working the counter told me it would be 3-5 business day before id get me refund. Brad then proceeded to tell me that it was a web issue but after checking again just now they still haven’t taken down the computer that I “bought”. In fact I only counted 7 MacBook computers in the store but they have 27 of the for sale on the website. Don’t do business with this company if you value your $ and want honest customer service!
