The staff of deviantart are incredibly corruptWhen a user of the site gets hacked, devieant art refuses to believe it even though there is undeniable evidenceThere has been staff members banning people and harassing people for no reasonOne staff memeber refused to help a customer when the customer asked how to report bad service and the staff memeber said I am not qualified for that and there is no way to report bad service, then shortly after that customer was banned for exposing the corrupt staff memeberOn June 9th 2015, three memebers where hacked and one of the hacked customers had there account deactivated by the hackerThe devieantart staff did nothing but ban the hacker but that did nothing because the hacker came back the next day and hacked another userThe staff memebers still refused to provide and help
Deviantart's Admins are useless when it comes to solving issues with Bullying on the websitefor several years this has been going on, giving users the same "cookie cutter" response of "Block and ignore" yes this does work, but only to a pointbut when bullies make multiple accounts then it becomes a problem that Deviantart does NOT take seriously enough I am appalled by them, the lack of hard work that the staff dishes out needs to stop!, I want everyone's voice to be heardeveryone on Deviantart suffers because of Deviantart's Extremely low standard of helping there users
Deviantart is a place where users should feel safe, hang out, look at art and stuff not needing to worry about someone stealing from them or harassing them
The Staff needs to be replaced or go through a higher standard training course
this is a few tips I think they should try to improve the site:
A complete log of Log-ins, Log-outs,Journal entries (Including deleted ones) and artwork and Comments and when they were posted
2.a much HARSHER action on Harassers like a locking function for Journal posting or comments making it impossible to harass the user, even on there own page first offence make it up to weeks, second offence: make there account lock for months and third: a Ban
3.have the "Help Desk" revamped and easier, have it so that Admins can take a harsher stance on Harassment, Stalkers, art thieves and fake pages
I hope that Deviantart takes these Ideas to heart to make the site safer
