I am rejecting this response because: 1) The fact remains that the promises on the box are misleading and untrue(i.e., "Takes only minutes" when the instructions on the inside list steps that take over an hour) and 2) I would like a refund, which the company refuses to provideThe file they supposedly could not open is a photo from a cell phone of my receiptIf they have an IT person or department at the company, I am pretty sure someone can explain how to open a photo attachment
