This company have no respect for customers. My shipment received on 10-**-2015 was missing an item and there was no information on the invoice, so I called them and was told they don't have the missing item; it is back ordered. That is when I found out that my item is back ordered 10-**-2015. I was told that the item would be shipped the following day, after a week and no communication from them, I decided to call again on Nov [redacted] 2015 to find out that the item still wasn't shipped. They took so long trying to locate the shipment and then decided to tell me that they would call back with the information; they never did. I saw an email from them on 11-*-2015 @5:57 PM with a tracking number, I decided to track the package using the tracking#[redacted]0 they emailed to me, but would you believe that as of 11-**-2015 @11:15 AM the post office just have this response for me "The [redacted] was electronically notified by the shipper on November *, 2015 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the [redacted] or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available."
