Detailed Cleaning Services

Edwin *** with Detailed Cleaning Services has provided services to my home for years. Unfortunately in the last 6 months, his staff (Priscilla) and ultimately him have disrespected my time availability agreement. Once the times are agreed upon for the services, his staff don’t show up. On the last visit, after they agreed to a specific time window, they showed up 4 hours late without notification! And then threatened me about not providing services. I am upset about breaking this long standing relationship, however the continuous lying about times, it is difficult to deal with.
