Bought a year extended bumper to bumper warranty at this dealership when I purchased a [redacted] Cherokee a few years back (based on what the person told me it covered) The first time I had need to use it amazingly the part wasn't covered by the warranty In the end they sold me a product that did NOT do what they said it did When I voiced my displeasure at the dealership all I got were excuses about why they wouldn't help meIf you want good customer service especially with an extended warranty go elsewhere
