Deskin Motor's ran my credit without my approval. My information was in their system from last year. My fiance went there yesterday to test drive a vehicle and look at trading his vehicle. While there they advised they couldn't trade his vehicle but said they could for the vehicle they had on the account from last time under my name. He said he could not authorize them checking my credit to see if I could get approved without my consent. He called me and I told him no due to the bad experience I received last time I was there with their rude associates. He leaves and later I get a notice that my credit had been run as a hard credit inquiry. I called them today to ask why they ran it and to put a note in my account that unless I am there they do not run my credit. The woman was rude, in no way apologetic,and actually screamed at me. I will never do business there! The manager did call me back and apologize and said he will put in the request to remove the inquiry from my credit report.
