Bought car Dec. 2. Many conversations with manager Latrice B and owner, Willie L. I paid $2,204 down by cashiers check. I was to make 12 payments of $250/month for a year. I was told the money I paid took care of DMV. She said, in front of b myself and 2 witnesses, that she would take care of everything. It is now Feb 3. I am unable to drive the car. I still have no bill of sale, no tags. I am disabled and have no transportation to get to Dr appts or anywhere else. There have been many excuses: can't find title, can only go to DMV on tuesdays, someone signed on the wrong line, someone put the wrong mileage. The business is chained up. I have been to Columbia.at this point, all I want is my money back. The owner said he told her to give it back. She says she wont. Answering machine says, "You've reached the right person at the wrong time". The last time she answered, she told me I was being unreasonable and hung up the phone on me.
