Window blinds ordered and paid for 9/14/20
Hardware to hang blinds not included. Called supplier to notify them of missing hardware
Contacted supplier- told hardware "brackets" were in the mail.
Called back 10/12/20- told again hardware "brackets" were in the mail.
Today-10/19/20-nstill have not received brackets
