At this point we want to resolve this issue by crediting the customers account $to take care of the outstanding balance of $and leave the rest on account to use in store for any inconvenience.We would appreciate if complaint is removed from the Revdex.com because we don't feel there is any proof

We are very sorry about any inconvenience we are trying our hardest to figure this out. We where out there multiple times last year and ran a leak detection machine and didn't find anything. We winterized your pool and opened it and you didn't loose any water over the winter. We replaced the skimmer...

and return and we again so far this year have been out there multiple times with the leak detector and our tech in the water to test the bottom drain and swim around with goggles and still found nothing. Unfortunately we do feel the pool may be installed by a natural spring and you have a high water table being that you live near a lake which is causing the wet spot by your pool and water loss we feel is evaporation and pool use, being that it is only going down about 1.5" a week per our convention. We are doing a complete liner, skimmer, gaskets and water replacement just to cover all our bases.
