FRADULENT!!!!
never received my order after a month. the number listed is useless, its a pre recorded message and your not able to talk to a live person and not able leave messages. they only communicate through email with false promises and excuses--- waiting order from manufacture, delays after delays, item lost, etc. Asked for a refund and never heard from them again. DESIGNER FRAMES OUTLET IS A SCAM AND FRADULENT . STAY AWAY AND RUN!

No product received, company refuses to help
I ordered a pair of glasses from this website and provided my address at checkout. Then I paid with PayPal. The company ignored the address I provided and sent the glasses to the wrong address provided by PayPal. When I clicked submit on the order, my correct address was in the form fields. I did not notice that the invoice emailed to me had a wrong address until it was too late. The company refuses to send my order to the address I gave them, or refund my money. Do not trust designerframesoutlet.com

Broken frames
Company will not replace broken frames until I pay them an additional $75 for them to send replacement. Then I am to mail them back for them to determine they are broken to their satisfaction. If not I lose the original price if the frame and the extra $75. I have no issues sending thr broken ones back once I get replacement frame.

A superb experience
I had a superb experience with designerframesoutlet.com. I found the exact frames I was looking for—Tom Ford, which weren't available anywhere else. Not only that, the frames were way below the original price, maybe because they had been discontinued by Tom Ford. Ordering them and uploading my prescription details was easy. I got a quick confirmation and order number in my inbox, and Designer Frames Outlet communicated well about the progress of my order. 

I even sent a message via their chat window on their website. I wasn't sure if I'd get a response. But, within 24 hours, a support rep contacted me via email about my question. I wanted to know if Designer Frames Outlet took insurance. They don't, but the support rep said she could provide me with a detailed invoice as a PDF so I could submit a claim myself. I said sure, and within a day, she replied with the PDF invoice. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My frames with my prescription lenses arrived in a timely manner. They fit me perfectly and the prescription was spot on—no problems at all. 

My experience with Designer Frames Outlet was great. I recommend them and will definitely use them again.

FRAUDULENT!
You can only send an email about your order. They charge your card immediately, then there is ZERO update on shipping. I've already waited 2 weeks for an update and NOTHING! I've sent 3 emails to the company and no one has responded. I finally gave up and just ordered the same pair of frames (I only bought the frames, did not need lenses) from my Optometrist. I had them in 1 day and my existing lenses inserted. Yes, I paid a bit more for the frame, but at least I can see again! This company is a RIP OFF!

The WORST
RUN from this company. They'll put whatever lenses they have on hand into your frames, and then, it is YOUR problem to solve. They ignored me completely until I submitted a chargeback through my credit card company; at that point they agreed I could return the glasses and stated I was eligible for 50% refund on the lenses. What?! I'm supposed to pay for their mistake? (The lenses were wildly incorrect by the way). I'm embarrassed to admit this is the 2nd time I ordered from Designer Frames Outlet; the first time, I went through the hassle of return for lenses correction; it took MONTHS to receive usable glasses, that time, I fell for the 'lab error' story...BUT when it also happened on the second order, and I read it is happening to others, it seems clear that sending glasses with the wrong prescription lenses is a standard mode of operation. If you've been scammed, call your credit card company and ask for a chargeback.

Fraud company
The company should not be in business I paid over $400 for two pair of glasses with transition and other add on. It took two months just get get one pair and they did NOT add transition that I paid extra for. Im not sure if the prescription is even in the lens because I got a headache from wearing the glasses so I don’t even wear them I started wearing back my old glasses. After two months I’ve emailed them every day asking for my other pair of Versace glasses they never sent. All they kept saying was sorry for the delay. So then I just said give me a refund they stated they will keep the frames that I paid for so they can sell them to someone else. And only gave me 50% back on the lens. This company is a fraud and scaming people out there money. They couldn’t even say that they messed up and that they will just go ahead and give me all my money since they didn’t have any of the products. And was not able to do it correctly. After I let them know they are a poor company They kept sending me emails saying they’re sorry it was a mistake in the lab how many mistakes were there. So I gave them free money. I have to go pay more money for eye doctor to fix the lenses that they probably didn’t even put in prescription since my high tension headaches started after putting on the glasses.

Zero Customer Service
I placed my order on 5/27/21 and Order Details showed would receive no later than June 18, 2020. I had to send sever e-mails and go to the Facebook page to get informed that there was a delay. I finally receive only 1of the 2 pairs of glasses I ordered and pre paid for and have since sent 3 e-mails asking where the rest of my order is with zero responses. There is no phone number to call, so I am at the mercy of whoever receives these e-mails to wait for an answer. Very unprofessional. I still want to know where the rest of my order is. Order #DFO177462.

Fraudulent
Designer Frames Outlet immediately charged my credit card for my order but, over a month later, still could not provide a shipping date, information on my order status, or a phone number to speak to a representative. This is all in clear contradiction to what they state on their website. I do not believe they ever intended to fulfill my order. In their emails, they kept putting me off and provided no actual information, update reports, or dates.

I had the same experience, a month later and no product. emails with excuses and no tracking, dates, just excuses after excuses. ask for refund and havent heard from them since.
