Review: this company has 2 websites The Frog and the princess and The Wall Stickers Outlet. I made a purchase from the wall and sticker outlet on 10/**/13 for $35 Dollars. I received an email on 10/** stating the package would be delivered with my mail on that date. I received the tracking number and when I tracked package the package it says it was delivered . I then sent an email to customer service to verify they had the corrected address and the replied back with the correct address. I went to post office with the tracking number and explained that the package was not delivered to me I was told to contact the delivery [redacted] . The [redacted] did an investigation an had determined that the package was mailed with the incorrect address . I contacted the customer service via email and explained the situation I received an email on 10/** stating they apologize for there error an they would have a replacement sent to me that week I have sent 3 emails to customer service since that time and I have not gotten a response back about the the status of my replacement nor I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT I have called several times and NO RESPONSE I received a paper from the POST OFFICE WITH VERIFICATION THAT THE PACKAGE HAD THE INCORRECT ADDRESS ON IT. this company has not contacted me in any way to rectify the situation I have several emails from they stating they would replacement and also they had the correct address at this point I would like full refund for the purchase that I made on 10/** I HAVE RETAIN EVERY EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO ME FROM THIS COMPANY IF GIVEN AN EMAIL ADDRESS I CAN SEND THEM IN REFERENCE TO MY CASE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A SCANNERDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund in certified check or money order sent to me at the correct ADDRESS [redacted]

We have been communicating with this customer as of her last email she wanted a replacement, as her item was delivered in error to a wrong address. Now this is requesting a refund by certified check which we do not do, and the reshipment has already shipped. The customers phone number does not work on her order.
