Very insensitive staff. They forgot to put my loved one on the cremation list and once I called, they added him to the list, but it pushed his cremation back a week. 15 days after his death is when he will be cremated. They didn't offer to remedy the situation, they just asked for an additional $300 to have him cremated in 2 business days...that's right "business days". They messed up and my family has to wait longer!
