On Tuesday I tried logging on to my account on paperbackswapcom and it was frozen They stated that I had not marked approximately books for other members credit My intention was to mark eight books being received on Monday night on Tuesday morning but my account was blocked I emailed them about this and called and left them a voice mailI was expecting this issue was be resolved by to hours but The issue has still not been resolved I have not received any correspondence as to when this will be resolved I am paying a yearly membership and not being allowed to use the service This is fraud and I want to report it Product_Or_Service: Yearly Membership

I have been a member for about yearsThey recently started charging a membership fee, which I paidNow today I get an email from them stating "Unfortunately, you can't use a Comcast email address with your PaperBackSwap account while Comcast is bouncing our emailsWhen they bounce our emails back, it increases the likelihood that ALL PROVIDERS will bounce our emails back" They have locked me out of my account demanding I provide them a non Comcast email which I do not have This was never a stipulation prior to them taking my membership feeI also have lots of book credits I purchased for $each that I can now not access because they have locked me out of my accountThere was no warning whatsoever that they would be locking members who have Comcast email accounts out of the site
