The property manager at Desert Vista Sales and Rentals is a bold faced liar and will tell anyone she works with what she thinks they want to hear and not do her job to save her life. She was asked on numerous occasions to check on our property (after neighbor complaints) that they are managing and would never get the requested pictures and was always told it was clean and tenant was "perfect" and so nice. The tenant had done over 20 thousand dollars in damage and we where promised our deposit back and never received it. Every time we would talk to property manager another story would be told along with assurances that they had sent the check. They also told us they had collected rent and never did. I would NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company again!!

I had my driveway repaved by Affordable Asphalt, and when the weather broke I had weeds coming up through the asphalt I called the company and they said they would be out but were busy. It is now over a month and still have not seen or heard from, I am 5 minutes away from their companies location. Very poor customer service.

This company did such a good job in providing us with an affordable, quality driveway that I felt compelled to write this review. They were very professional from start to finish. They returned calls promptly, answered all of our questions to complete satisfaction, were prompt and courteous, and explained what they would be doing step by step. We are very pleased with our new driveway and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an affordable driveway that will last for years.
