Client was refunded by the owner of? University Place and contacted by their manager Mackenzie on June 11th (per notations for the salon)?

We apologize for any inconvenience. The client contacted our Customer Service Department on December 7, 2016. A refund was issued the same day to [redacted]'s credit card.

Hello, in regard to case #[redacted]. My books do not show a double charge, however, her statement does.  I have no additional receipts and we balanced perfectly.
 
I have added a month of tanning for the customers trouble and have asked her to take up the charge with Wells Fargo (dispute)...

because I do not find any additional or double charges. The customer took some time asking her bank because I am not certain she believed me..but I can't find the charge, or any additional $'s going in to my account that day...I am hoping that Wells Fargo can find the link and all will be well.

I would like to respond to this.  As a small business we always try to do the best job possible.  At times, especially during busy times, we run out of receipt paper and have to reload, and some machines, doors, toilets, will create havoc at the most inconvenient times, we do our...

best to keep up and keep all customers happy.  We were happy to accommodate you at another location.  
When we saw your complaint we called right away to offer you two free mystic tans, or two free sunbeds, or a week free in any bed.  Since you already had used both services purchased we thought this was very generous, as it is a value above $60 plus dollars.
We are sorry you were unhappy, and our goal is to prove to you, the Mystic is an awesome product, if not, you could tan in the Platinum, the same bed you used that night..  We have put a week of Diamond tanning (any bed all week) a $100 value, on your account,  Again, we can't give a refund on product and service already used, but, we would love to show you, we are a great salon, with great employees that know how to help you achieve the color you desire.
This week will never expire, and will be on your account until you want to use it.

information on her account.  I don't believe she was trying to get more, we all are so busy and rounding up and down is human.[redacted] expressed to me her main concern was the poor customer servicc.during the time of the sale, and at the time she called the salon requesting a refund.I explained to her we do our best to train well, and she was working with a new young person, that clearly needs a bit more training.We have addressed it with our district manager and the employee. We do not always hit the mark of perfection, but we do strive for it. [redacted] deserved red carpet service and we failed.As far as the rash, I discussed how I could not be certain that the rash was from the mystic solution. The reason, simply is, in the past 10 years that I have been operating my salons I have never had someone get a rash from our spray booths, or any of the bronzers.Also, I called my corporate office, and asked if any of our once 58, now 54 operating salons had ever reported any person stating they had received a rash from the mystic. The answer was no. I Told [redacted] I was not try to diminish the issue of her rash, just that I had never heard something like this happening in the 1000's of Mystics that our company has done. She said she may research further with her allergist.I believe as an owner I did everything I could possibly do to resolve this issue fairly and with respect of the client.Chrstine S[redacted]
