The issue has been resolvedThe main problem at the roof was fixed right after we got the report using the services of a contractorTherefore the leak which was the main problem was repairedThe cosmetic damage on the ceiling inside of the unit was resolved until 09/09/2016 The work order
was not completed before because the cosmetic damage on the ceiling required us to work inside the unit, the tenant refused to have the repairs done because he did not trust the staffHe was late on the renttimes during August and September the tenant refused the work order to be completed inside the unit. on 09/06/we accepted to work with the tenant on a payment plan for his rent and he gave us permission to work inside the unitWe did not have any knowledge of this complaint at the time and the tenant did not mentioned what he was requesting here when he signed the payment planThe tenant has completed the agreed payments and his account is in good standing. Thank you
