Desert Green Turf

Review: We purchased turf from Desert Green Turf, we were quoted a delivery price and there was no mention of pallet charge. The turf arrived and they were paid cash, the bill was for more than I was quoted on the phone but my husband went a head and paid the driver. I called the company and they apologized for not explaining about pallet charge but stated when the pallets were returned they would refund the charge. I also asked about the additional charge for freight and she stated if she could take care of that when she refunded the pallets it wold be helpful. I was fine with that. The pallets were returned in August and I called them on August 21, 2014 for the refund supplying information of Invoice # and reminding them of the freight overcharge. Since then I have called on October 6th and 7th with them finally answering my call on the 7th and was told they would be sending a check out. On October 23, 2014 called again and was told check would go out with end of month bills so call again if I did not get first part of November. I called on November 13th and was told she just gave the bookkeeper the list and she would be sending out checks. I asked to talk with the bookkeeper and was told she would not talk to me. At this point I feel we have waited a fair and reasonable time for our refund., We are due $60.00 for pallets and $50.00 + tax $3.85 for a total of $113.85.Desired Settlement: Payment of refund and an apology for the delay.
